A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Process
Each board goes through multiple steps to ensure it’s not only beautiful, but functional and built to last:

1. Sourcing & Cutting: We start with quality Canadian hardwood—each piece carefully selected and rough cut to size.

2. CNC Engraving: Using our in-house CNC machine, we carve your custom design or branding directly into the wood.

3. Hand Finishing: From sanding every curve to applying food-safe finishes, we complete each board with care and precision.

4. Logo & Personal Touches: Many of our clients (like Crombie) choose to brand their boards with company initials, logos, or monograms for a meaningful and memorable gift.
